''White Lace & Black Leather'' was the second independent album by the Canadian rock band Helix. It was released in 1981. It is their first album featuring bassist Mike Uzelac and only album with drummer Leo Niebudek. This was the band's last independent release before signing to Capitol Records in 1983.〔http://www.planethelix.com/Albums/Album02.htm Planet Helix - White Lace & Black Leather〕
It was first issued on CD with ''Breaking Loose'' as part of the Helix compilation CD ''The Early Years'', released by Capitol Records in 1992. It was later re-released individually by the band, but is now out of print.
